Description

Robin returns home from The Crusades and discovers the oppression of the new Sheriff of Nottingham. He sees Marian again, to whom he had been bethrothed before he chose to leave for the Crusades.

Charater

Most of the main characters of Robin Hood on the English fairy tale by the same name. The protagonist of the series is Robin Hood (Jonas Armstrong), who returned to England after five years of fighting in the Third Crusade to protect under the King. He was surprised to see how the Sheriff of Nottingham is running on his return. Robin is an outlaw, and he takes it upon himself to steal from the rich to feed the poor, with his band, consisting of its best friend, Much (Sam Troughton), two young men who escaped the gallows, Will Scarlett (Harry Lloyd) and Allan A Dale (Joe Armstrong), former leader of the other band, Little John (Gordon Kennedy), and another young man named Roy (William Beck), who is killed in Episode 4, and replaced in Episode 5 of Djaq (Anjali Jay), a Saracen girl hidden under the pen name of his dead brother. Robin is happy that Lady Marian (Lucy Griffiths) is still not married. Their relationship is romantic, but is repeatedly keep captive by that Sir Guy of Gisborne (Richard Armitage) has over her. Guy is the sheriff of the second in command, and is in love with Mariana. It is often in difficult situations where we are with him, people who placed help you. The villain is the Sheriff of Nottingham (Keith Allen), King Richard (played by Steven Waddington in the last episode of series 2) with the help of Gisborne and the Black Knights to kill. He continually strives to meet Robin and the rest of the forbidden, a continuous end to his plan for England to detect. At the end of the second series of Guy of Gisborne Marian kills and Djaq and Will decided to stay in the Holy Land.
