Individually, each is strong, but it is only by putting aside their differences and banding together as the “Power of Three” that they will be able to protect the innocent and vanquish evil. No, they just get written out. It can be that it opens new doors to their careers, its not always a bad thing. Some request to end or not continue their contract. Producers do have creative control on who the writers may and may not kill off, they do not get to just write it and expect it to be done. There are so many levels of producers on a show, so its not just any old producer to suggest/ok this.
